Reviews and Ratings
Mount Grace offers a lovely escape with beautiful surroundings and a tranquil spa. The rooms are spacious but in need of some maintenance, and while the service is excellent, the dining experience left something to be desired. Overall, it’s a nice getaway, but there are certain areas that could use improvement.
My experience at Mount Grace Hotel was quite disappointing this time around. While the location is still lovely and the accommodation was cozy, the service and dining experience fell short of my expectations. The meals missed the mark in terms of quality, and there were several service inconsistencies that made my stay less enjoyable. I had higher hopes based on previous visits, but I might reconsider future stays.
I had high expectations for my stay at Mount Grace, given its previous reputation, but recent experiences have left me disappointed. While the service was attentive and I appreciated the genuine efforts of some staff members, the dining options and overall quality have certainly declined. The ambiance of the hotel suggests a need for modern updates, and the dining experience was rather bland and uninspiring. Overall, it feels like a place that's lost some of its charm and quality over the years.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of options, while the service at dinner was notably lacking. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, adding comfort to my stay, though some areas could use an upgrade. Overall, the facilities were good, especially the pools, but there were some service issues that detracted from the experience.
Our stay at Mount Grace was a mixed bag. The highlight was definitely the spa and the dedicated therapists – they really made our experience enjoyable. However, the dining service was quite terrible, and our room left much to be desired. Overall, it felt more like a missed opportunity than a true escape.
